Del-Tron Precision Adds Sales Engineer to
Service California and Far East

Del-Tron Precision, Inc., one of the leading suppliers of linear motion devices, has announced that it has hired a sales engineer to service the electronics industry as well as all other users of these devices in California and the Far East. Tom Tomsky will be based in Northern California and work with Del-Tron distributors and customers in California and Asia. Del-Tron’s linear motion devices provide the precise control of linear motion required at many stages of semiconductor and circuit assembly manufacturing and testing. "Providing local engineering and application support will give us the ability to provide a higher level of service to electronics equipment manufacturers on the West Coast," said Ed Keane, Director of Marketing for Del-Tron.

Tomsky has 20 years of experience working in the electronics industry. Starting with an electronics background in linear IC design, he worked with analog and digital sub-systems, industrial monitoring instrumentation and IC system test applications. Tom also spent years with a microstepper systems manufacturer and with full line distributor of motion control products in sales. Most recently he was responsible for microscopy sales and applications of 2 and 3-D optically based automated geometric metrology systems in the Western US and Far East. His experience brings a well-rounded combination of high-technology products, applications and sales distribution perspectives.
